Greg is an Executive Coach who specializes in the "human" side of high-growth strategy. Prior to coaching, he spent 18 years in recruiting and scaling companies, with the last decade dedicated to building out Revenue and Go-To-Market teams. He understands that the biggest hurdle to growth isn't usually a lack of talent—it's the mindset and patterns of the people leading it.
